Creators upload the designs sold on MerchTees. If you think a product uses your work without permission, tell us and we'll look into it.
Reporting a listing
Use the form below. A complete complaint includes:
- your name, contact details and electronic signature
- the work you own, and where we can see the original
- a link to each MerchTees listing you're complaining about
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your complaint is accurate and that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner
We review every complaint and remove or disable listings that infringe. We tell the creator, and may share your complaint with them so they can respond.

If your listing was removed
If you're a creator and believe your listing was removed by mistake, or that you're allowed to use the work, email [email protected]. Include:
- the listing that was removed
- why you believe the removal was a mistake
- your name and contact details
We may pass this to the person who complained.
Repeat infringers
We close the stores of creators who repeatedly upload work that infringes someone else's rights.
