This policy explains what Wingeman Industries LLC ("MerchTees", "we"), PO Box 395, Orinda, CA 94563, collects when you use merchtees.me, and why.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email and a hashed password.
  • Orders: what you bought, your shipping name, address, phone (optional) and email.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a payment reference, not your card number.
  • Creators: your store details, uploaded designs, sales and payout records, and any tax information you give us for payouts.
  • Messages you send us, such as support emails and copyright complaints.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address and browser details, used to keep the site and checkout secure and to prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

  • Our print partner, to make and ship your order (name, address, phone, email).
  • Stripe, to process payments and prevent fraud.
  • DigitalOcean, which hosts our servers.
  • Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, runs the security check on sign-up, log-in and our forms, and sends our order emails.
  • Google and Brevo, which handle our support email.
  • Creators see which of their products sold and the destination city and country — not your full address or email.
  • If you send a copyright complaint, the creator concerned may see it.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one to keep you signed in and one to remember your cart. The security check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare and works without advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. We keep order, payout and tax records as long as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. California residents have these rights under California law, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

MerchTees isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy here, with a new date at the top.
